Product Description:
These Recessed Flat Aluminum Channels allow for a flush install into grooves or furniture pieces as well as being designed to avoid any undesirable refraction from reflective surfaces.
Objectives:
Here we offer Aluminum LED profiles and diffuser lenses to help give your LED strip projects a more professional appearance. The aluminum channel or track keeps the strips hidden and provides a protective lens that shines an even light. Typically, these LED strip housings are 2 meters long and come with a UV lens, end-caps, and mounting options.
Materials of Aluminium Profiles:
1. Heat Sink: 6063-T5 aerial aluminum 6063 Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It’s easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.
2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan PC (Polycarbonate) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non-toxic and colorable. Its strength and toughness are very good.
3. End cap: ABS material for anti-aging/Aluminum material/PC material
4. Clips: Stainless steel (201/304) clips for anti-rusting
5. Suspended cable: Stainless steel suspended cable, standard length 1 meter.
