American Dynamics LD55013CS auto iris lenses are used to produce consistent video signals from cameras that view scenes with varying light levels. The use of auto iris lenses enables reliable monitoring in areas which would otherwise be compromised. The “LD” DC iris series relies upon the circuitry contained within suitably equipped cameras that produce a DC output. This circuitry will, in turn, adjust the lens iris accordingly. The use of “LD” lenses with American Dynamics cameras offers a value driven alternative to traditional auto iris lenses.
